Continuous improvement across all operations is not a periodic initiative — it's how we run the shop every day. Our quality management system is structured around AS9100 and ISO 9000 principles and has been audited by customers certified under FDA, FAA, and ISO standards.
AS9100 & ISO 9000 Framework
Our QMS is built to AS9100 and ISO 9000 standards. While we operate as a job shop rather than a certified entity, our documented system satisfies audit requirements for customers who are themselves certified.
Customer Audit Support
We have been successfully audited by companies certified under FDA, FAA, and ISO programs. We provide full documentation packages on request.
Corrective Action System
Formal corrective action procedures ensure that any non-conformance is documented, root-caused, and resolved — with closed-loop verification.
Brown & Sharpe CMM
Our Coordinate Measuring Machine provides precision dimensional verification for critical features. CMM inspection reports are available as part of any First Article or production inspection package.
In-Process Traceability
JobBoss ERP tracks every job from quote through shipment. Material certifications, operation history, and inspection records are retained and available for customer review at any point.
First Article Inspection
FAIR reports are available upon request for new part numbers and engineering changes. We routinely produce FAI documentation for aerospace, medical, and defense customers.
